Replacement of Electricity mete

Sir,

My name is sreejith. P.R.I am residing in kudappanakunnu. My electricity meter is not working properly.so i have raised a complaint regarding this to peroorkada electricity office.but their response was very bad. They promise to me the replacement of meter.i had raised the complaint on april.but they didn't respond.so kindly you to replace my electricity meter as soon as possible
