New conncection

Dear Sir,

I have applied for a new connection in the Month of May bus am not given connection because of a complaint.

I have approached them a number of times but still there is no proper response and they are refusing to help me.

I am living in darkness from 11 November and this is still dragging on.

My children are having exams and they are not able to study.

PLEASE HELP.
