Electricity distribution complaint
Need for a new transformer/voltage fluctuations

We, the residents of house No. 1687-1702 are badly in need of a new transformer as the one our houses are connected to is already overloaded. For the past two months we have not only been suffering erratic electricity supply but also extreme voltage fluctuations. Inspite of repeated complaints to the JE and SDO our problems have yet to be addressed. All of us have spent huge amounts in damages of elec. items due to voltage fluctuation. The situation instead of improving is deteriorationg by the day. We had submitted an application for a new transformer to be installed at the earliest.

Please let us know the action plan on part of the electricity Board in resolving our problems.
