Bribery in Kellys EB offcie

Hi,

I had a chance of visiting the EB office @ kellys Chennai for my minor Name change last week. But to my surprise i dint expected a Government office is just running on Bribery!!! They openly asked me 5000/- Rs for it. It started with a Low grade person (Mr. Kumar) to person like Foreman (Mr. Srinivasan). Every body are expecting money for each and evry work. I was really annoyed and finally still now no actions was taken since i didnt paid him any amount. All are together and even when i stepped in to Foreman's place to complaint about it and got a good reply saying "Please do what ever Kumar says" This was the reply i ot from the Foreman. So please Kindly take actions against these people ASAP.
