Electric Mosquito Killer not working

I have purchased one Electric Mosquito Killer from a shop at Kozhikode Dist Kerala. When I reached home, it is found that the Electric Mosquito Killer is not working. The next day I informed the shop about this. But they are refusing to replace or repair the same as there is no guarantee for the product (they are saying). There is no price tag and Company address for the product. Please help
