Electric transformer in my private plot

Sir/Medam,

Three years ago the electricity department of Muzaffarnagar had installed a transformer in my plot in the absence of me and my family. Also i did not get any reimbursement for my plot which was illegally by the electricity department. I have been trying my best to get the transformer shifted from my plot but all my effports have been in vain since the last 3 years. I have visited numerous offices and wasted a lot of my precious time trying to get the transformer shifted on the area near my plot which belongs to the government. Now I am looking forward to build a house on that plot but since the transformer is present over there I am helpless.

I had sent letters regarding the same to a few authorities like - UP Power Corp., UP Electricity Regulatory Commission, PVVNL (Meerut), M.P. & Hon'bl Minister- Shri Rajal Saini but i did not get any reply and i am getting a feeling that these people are looking forward to take some bribe from me. All these problems are creating a mental, physical and emotional stress for me. Now you are last resort and i am seriously in need of your help immediately. Looking forward to your positive reply.
