Non delivarance of electrol ID

My self and my mrs. SADHNA SRIVASTAVA, applied for rsgistration in voters list and issue of voters ID in proper forms on 24-03.The receiving officer has circled Booth NO. 282.THough LOksabha elections are over and we could not use our right to vote, till today ID has not been received, though the applications were submitted well before the last date of submission i.e. 31-03.

Since we are Sr. citizens, it is not possible to run about to get the ID card. Will you pls help in getting our ID card delivered to us?
