Electrolux 1.5 Ton Split AC
Loud noise and not cooling

This is to bring to your notice that our split AC of Model No. and serial no. was bought on 17.08.2005 by "Murli Manohar Musical Store, City Center, Bokaro steel City, Jharkhand". The AC is not cooling according to the temperature shown in the remote and most of the times it doesn't cool only. And moreover the fan above is making a loud noise while we switch on the AC. The compressor was recently replaced but this problem is just not getting solved as none of the authorised service centers have turned out to be helpful.
