Electrolux 1716861 1ton split AC
Rude customer service & unwilling to help

I had bought an Electrolux AC 1716861 from indiatimes.com and indiatimes.com provide me a customer service number for Kolkata based Electroloux service, the number is 91-33-25312212 the lady in the end is vey rude she is not willing to help, I ask her couple of times about the AC service centre she rudely said me ï don't know".

I had called them from Melbourne because I buy an AC for my parents now I feel like Im trapped. If this is the customer service you have your customer is not going to come back.
