Electrolux 845F Washing machine
Non availabilty of Door lock

The machine I am using is a perfect machine except its door lock used to become non functional almost once every year. Without this door lock this front loading machine can not be operated. This year, we have lodged complaint with Electrolux Kolkata office 2 months before but they are unable to supply the door lock. finally they are saying to discard the machine. Reason being the model is obsolete and Electrolux's acquirer Videocon has discontinued this model.

For such a small parts, I have to discard teh machine and the compant is unable to provide any feasibile solution .. it is unthinkable. Please suggest where I can get a remeady / soluton to this.
