I bought a electrolux microwave oven during Oct from Giriyas, Gandhibazar, Bangalore. Its been 3 years now and i have not utilezed the oven even once. The first time i wanted to use the machine it didnt work so i called Girias who gave informed me that its not their job and they gave me the service centre number. i Contacted them and they sent a person who told me that the panel has to be changed and since it is not being manufatured here they need to get it from abroad. Thats the last i heard from him. I am still waiting for the panel to reach me. Soon i will be out of the warranty period also and they will have a good and proper excuse not to give proper service. What should i do?
