DEFECTIVE ITEM SUPPLY

We have purchased Electrolux Refrigerator from one of outlet of the company.

The product have been supplied was complete defective & dead, when we compianed about the same & asked for replacement. The outlet asked us to contact for getting it repaired.

I am trying to contact to company at published number on their site, but no avail. The number given by the company is not available & I am here really surprised to see it that being world & leader number 1 company, how they can be so irresponsible.

Anyway now I am not able to get the replacement & also contact to company.

This is really very terrible exeperience for buying a branded item of repudiated company.
