Poor and irreliable service

I purchased 0.8 Tons air conditioner of electrolux in August. The unit stopped working just after 5 weeks. I logged the complaint and unfortunately it was attended after 10 days. The service operator took the transformer out of it as it was not working. Till today i haven't received it back and the AC is not functioning since last 8-9 months. I have called the service center no. of times and also went to dealer from where it was purchased. But till today i am suffering.

Somebody guide me how to get rid of this.
