I had complained about my air conditioner which is dead and within the warranty period to their call centre (01139404040). I was assured of service within 24 hour. Complaint # del 0508090260 dated 5/8/009

Inspite of my innumerous email at customercare@vgmail.com nothing happened. The company is a fraud. I am buying a new air conditioner tomorrow. This mail is mail is only to warn guillable/stupid consumers like me in Delhi
