AC not Repaired

Hi, I bought one Electrolux AC [ 1. 5 Ton Split. SL No: 202019] from Rakesh Sales, Agra on 14/07. Recently I have complained for “NOT COOLING” properly as the commpressor not working. Now that the same fact was post into the knowldge of service persons in July late via complain no. AGR2007090057 dt 20/07. The Split was taken by the service persons and still they havent returned it to us as they are saying we dont have commpressor. Follow up was done since then but still AC (in Working Condition) is not returned till date.
