Problems with fridge

Sir,
this is to inform that i had purchased an electrolux fridge model no. REF ER45FFPS and bill no.241477 on date 15/2, and from that very day it started giving problems for instance the temperature of the fridge is regulated in such an order that it spoils the vegetables. We have registered the complaint and called uncountable times to the 'Next retail shop, address-sec 35chd ph no.-4652739' but of no use. At last we had no alternative but to ask help from the consumer forum.i would be obliged if you understand my problem.
