Very Pathetic Experience with after sales service!!!

Dear All,

I would personally request to the customer not to purchase any product from M/S.Electrolux, especially MICRO WAVE OVEN.

Here in kolkata I have really fed up to communicate with all the concern (like Call Centre, Service Centre, Retailer etc.)to attend the complain. I'm following like anything for the last 22 days but till date yet to solve.

Even the behaiver of the Service Centre people are very rough.

The person who will encounter such problem, will come to know about the real picture of this brand.
