Electric Short in Product (Freeze)

I had purchase a freeze from Electrolux since 2005. i have faced many problems after purchasing this product. Electrolux Engineer visited and taking the visiting fees but after some time i have faced same problem. I have called many times in customer care yet nobody come for repairing the product now i frustated this kind of problem i cant get satisfaction result from company and customer service centre. Now these days freeze has electric short which is very dangerous to me and my family. how can i use this kind of product which is not secure for my family. I submitted my complain on telephonic many times yet no result find.
