New refrigerator not working at all

Dear sirs, i have purchased an electrolux refrigerator model no. ETB 2803 from M/s Great Eastern Appliences pvt Ltd, kolkata on 23.2.2008. Within a month the lower portion was not cooling.we made a report & after 15 days a mechanic came from TIME & SERVICE salkia howrah & said that he will report it to kolkata office. No body came to attend it. Suddenly we found the machine started working. It worked for 3 months till then no body from ekectrolux came to check the unit. Now from 1st week of july it has been stopped working. Again we complained

(no.6k0020808090021) again the same mechanic came & said the same word.when asked about the possible date of rectification he simply said he can't say. I am disgusted with this unit & feel I have bought an almirah not a refrigerator and thinking to keep clothes instead of food article.
