Please dont buy electrolux they are the worst service providers

I had bought an Electrolux front loading washing machine more than a year ago.

machine had problems of water leakage during october november 07.. after a good 4 months of calling and mailing a rep showed up during feb 08 changed the inner drun and gasket and charged a good Rs 3500/-.

The rep made a mistake by entering 2008 in the work order date column and entering 2007 in the cash bill...

now within one year of the repair the machine has started leaking... we are trying for over a month's time to call the no. that was given to us by the rep who came earlier... no reply... we got another no. from just dial and called them..no response again... now for over 3 weeks we are trying to call them they are passing the buck by saying if the machine is under 1 year warranty for the replaced part to contact the same service provider.

despite saying that we are unable to get through to them no. heed is paid to our request..

now we are still waiting for the service providers... My earnest request to each and every one is to never purchase this shitty company products as there is absolutely no service... Please do let me know if I can go to the consumer court regarding this. I have all the bills and can provide my mobile bill to prove the no. of calls i have made to these guys... Please do provide some advice on how to take this further...
