Efrigerator not working properly from the day one

Dear Sir/Madam

I have bought one refrigerator from your dealer Kohli Digital Home at jalandhar on 08/11 bill no.713. They delivered it at my place in jalandhar. From that day the refrigerator was not working properly. I get the compressor changed from their service centre. then i got shifted to Bathinda. Then again I faced problem of no cooling. Now thrice they have changed the compressor and one time the timing box, but problem persisits as it is. I have my complaint registered at your call centre at chandigarh on 16/08, but nobody has contacted or visited us, complaint no. is 5i0000808160020. Please look into the matter s there is no response from your side
