Electrolux fridge
Fridge is not working

I have taken a new electrolux fridge in Agar the month of april which is not working after complaing so many times their engineer checked it thrice but still not working, and they are not able to solve problem we have also sent a consumer court notce to the shop owner but they are not ready to receive court notice also not able to solve the problem.

kindly do the needful to solve the problem.
