Electric Shock and body

I have first called Mr. Snehal [Mo. 93740 11428] at Ahmedabad service center the complaint no. 7E00088190061 given on 19th of August. Mr. Snehal replied that my complaint for electric shock which comes while operating machines and outer body is badly damaged will be resolved within 24 hours.

But this is not solved till today.
