Pathetic service

I purchased an Electrolux Fabriguard classic plus washing machine model no. EWS70 from M/s Banwait Electronics, RCF, Kapurthala on 1/11 vide receipt no 692. The problem is that as per ur advertisment of Electrolux Festive Celebrations the shopkeeper is not giving the priscribed gift offered in the advertisment.

In this regard a also talked with ur contact person at Jalandhar Mr. Manjit Sayal, but he said that the gifts are not received from the company. Kindly look into the matter as it is spoiling the image of the Company.
