Replacement of compressor under warranty

Dear Sir,

This is to draw your kind attention that I had purchased a Refrigerator of Electrolux make (Model No. ERP - 245 F/F) on 24th January from Star Vision Electronic and Electrical, Subhaspally, Siliguri - 734001 and after three months the compressor went down. I lodged a complaint on 08th April in North Calcutta service center regarding replacement of compressor as it is under 5 years warranty period and my complaint no. is 08D08007. Till now, nobody has responded and when tried to call the service center authorities to know the status of the complaint, I am facing very harsh behavior and suffering harassment. Each time they say that right now new compressor is out of stock and will have to wait for a week. The situation is still the same and now each time when called up, they give me some new number of sales department or any other department and ask to contact them. The summer is in its peak right now in kolkata and my family is having a hard time due to this.

Please look into this matter urgently and let me know the date when I can expect the replacement of compressor.
