Refrigerator not working

Dear sirs, I have purchased an electrolux refrigerator on 23.2.2008. After a month the unit was not cooling. After we made report a mechanic came from M/s Time & Service salkia howrah but he could not rectify the unit. Suddenly the unit started to function. No one from electrolux attended during this period. Now the unit has stopped working from 1st week of july & we did a complain vide no 6k0020808090021 the same person came & said he will report to office. I am totally disgusted with this unit as still it is not working. Pl advice me how i can get the replacement of the unit. Thanking you, Amitava Mukherjee
