I purchase the Electrolux microwave in the month of october 08.On July 3 its keypad is not working. I submit the complaint with the electrolux complaint centre on July 6.they said the tech will visit within 24 hours.first he visited on 8 or 9th. He said the keypad is to be replaced but it is not in the stock so it take 3 or 4 days. After that i call them so many times but no one attend the complaint. then i call the service head Number given by the local service centre. I contact him and he said the spare is not available in ludhiana dc and he is try to make the arrangement. Now today is 28th its already 22 day past when the complaint is lodged. How much more time the company will take to rectify the complaint. or whether the company is able to rectify it or not
