I have purchased an Electrolux Microwave from Great Eastern Appliance Pvt Ltd. Uttarpara branch

Hooghly W B dated 12/10 and demo book date 13/10 vide docket no KLA9A13025.

Several request had been done over telephone but your authorised (?) service center named

S L ENTERPRISE, Bhadrakali, Hooghly W B only assured from very begining come shortly, at

last it was vane, till date & time, wasting and misgueiding our valuable time, cancelling our

Friends & Family appointment in this feastive season, demarking as an unsocial.

So, why Videocon Enterprise would not be responsible for penalty for which we have loose our

social prestige and glamour?
