Electrolux Microwave
Defective Microwave sold

I have purchased a Electrolux Microwave oven on 16th March. Model No-20EC80. Ever Since it is purchased it is giving me trouble. Within 3 minutes of operation it completely goes off (looks to be thermal cut-off) & comes back 5 minute thereafter with complete reset. I have registered a complaint with them vide complaint no-8042431 on 5th April. The Engineer had visited me & said there is problem with some of the component & needs replacement it but it is out of stock with them at present.

I think when I have got a defective piece, Company should replace me with a new unit. Pl. help me.
