Hello... I had given a complaint at the Service center in Palarivattom on Phone and i was provided a complaint number in the month of January and till date no one has tuned up to resolve the same. This is my final reminder. I expect a reply in 48 hours. Since the next two days being non working days i give you time to respond on the same till 10/03/09. If there is no response on this complaint till 10/03/09 there will be mails sent to all my friends and relatives and their friends and relatives on the service and product of your company which may affect your sales and after sales services.
