No response to my complaint

I have purchased an Electrolux refrigerator from PLUG IN, plot-14-B, Business Avenue, Sangvi Nagar, Aundh, Pune-411007, India, Tel: 0091-020-32400308 and 25883570.

My refrigerator dose not work from 26.06.09. I have booked a complaint at PLUG IN on 27.06.09. I followed my request several times by phone even in peresence but they have not sent company person so far (30.06.09) for checking and repairing. I have informed them that the compressor is working but there is no cooling and I have some medicine that should be kept them in the refrigerator. They are careless. I am your costumer, this is not the way of costumer service, how can I introduce your brand to others. I am waiting your action and reply as soon as possible.
