Not working since purchase

I have purchased 445 litres frost free refrigerator ER45FF925023003 from atul tarders court road saharanpur through bill no.19286 dt 26-6. it had making trouble after one month.atul traders had taken this complain four times in a year and always promised that now the complain is over . they werec not ready to replace it . now thae same is not working since last complin dt 12-10. and they are saying that warranty is over .what can i do. is it a good practice for business.
