ELECTROLUX COMPRESSOR NOT WORKING

I am the electrolux customer, i had purchased a full size double door refrigerator 1 year back and in 9 month compressor start giving proble i had logged a complain and in 1 and half month my compressor get changed.

Now after one year and two month again same problem happen and i had loged a complain on 24th july.the referance no is RAI 240790198, no action is taken by the dealer/service provider, again i had loged a complain on 8th august with eferance no RAI 080890284, but till date i have not get any response and i have calling many time to the servcie provider, they are telling that last month service provider network has changed and they are not responsible for the old cutomer service.they will only entertain the customer who had purchased after there dealership/service provider ship.

i suppose this is a big froud of very reputed company... the public is investing there hard work saving to this multinational company and they are cheating us.
