Electrolux Refrigerator
NO COOLING & EARTHING PROBLEM

I purchased one electrolux refrigerator in Oct'06 from local dealer of tirupathi (i.e. Veejay Enterprises). Details of fridge as follows:

Model - ER 180 PR

Regn no.62915521 (PNC No.925040027)

Date of purchase - 18/10/06

Warranty period for - 5 years.

We used the fridge for one year properly and there from we are facing the problems. Unexpectedly transfered to Madhavaram (Mantralayam Mandal, near to ADONI) kurnool dist. Once I met with the above seller and he suggested us to contact with the nearest dealer. Hence, I contacted to Adoni dealer (Sri Dipthi Digital Shoppe) he given the toll free No for complaint.

So far there is no response from your side. Hence, I request you please arrange your service personnel for rectification my fridge problem.
