Electrolux Refrigerator (Double Door)
Incompetent Service technician and Very Poor Customer Service

I had purchased the Electrolux Refrigerator around 3 to 4 years back. In Feb the refrigerator was not able to generate proper cooling. The technician advised for the replacement of Timer. On 5th Feb.2009 the new timer was replaced. But thereafter again 3 to 4 times the refrigerator was breakdown for the same reasons. Customer service is very poor and have to follow up several times. Last week they had repaired and as usual it has break down again. We have again complained on their toll free no. 18004194040. The complain no. issued by them is ASN2104090089. We are following with local office at Baroda but no body is attending the call since last 2 days. Current temperature in baroda is 45 deg. celsius and with out refrigerator its very difficult to cope up especially when my parents are alone there.

Please help me to get this problem resolved urgently and permanently.
