Cooling problem

I have purchased electrolux refrigerator (double door).@ year 2001.i faced problem in year 2004

of cooling many times. i made complaint to service centre., some electronic pcb was changed and

i paid them nearly Rs3500/-. same problem i faced in year 2nd time electronic pcb was replaced and charged Rs 3500/-.

Now a days i am facing same problem of cooling.but service people are saying . they are no more engaged with electolux company, as it is takeover by videocon.still they tried to solve my problem.but no use they gave me toll free no 18004194040 . but always that number is busy or say ringing engage tone.

I seek help...
