No replacement andpoor service of the deale

Hi,

i bought the Electrolux refrigrator from Bholi Bros., Amritsar model no-Er-65 on 08-01-09 .The Refrigrator is not working properly.i have called them for replacement of my product many times, but they always respond very boorishly.the rubber along the refrigrator gate has come off.the service of the company is extremely poor ..all my vegetables becomes rotten daily.the cooling is not proper.i want replacement of the product immediately .otherwise i knock the door of consumer court.. i hope i will the reply soon from the company and dealer in amritsar... i will higly obliged for the action
