Refrigrater not working

I have purchased one electrolux refrigerator from m/s vasudeva enterprises amritsar on 4-11 vide their bill no 1454 model 180 sr no 1580. The refrigerator is not working, the compressor is not working. Send your engineer to find fault and repair it properly or replace.
