Electrolux Split Ac
WORST SERVICE IMAGINABLE

I am going through a very very pathetic service experience by the company. After a lot of phones & mails to the customer care service there is no any solution of my a/c. The service engineers have visited my place 5 times.

They spotted the problem & said that they will come back with the new part in a day or two.

After that almost 2 weeks have passed & everytime I call them they say that the engineer has already left for your place. But till date nobody has come back.

The A/C Machine is in Open Condition on my place & daily we are wasting time to be at home after their message that they will visit.

I am really being harassed by the company & have decided to never buy any electrolux product ever.
