Poor Service at Palakkad, Kerala

I Purchased the washing Machine vide invoice No.7481 dated 28 Aug from Jamal Sales Corporation Palakkad. The Machine was working well till Jun when it started giving trouble. I made repeated complaints at Customer care. The technician was sent finally and he could not diagnose the problem. Again after repeated complaints after completing the warranty period of two years the technician removed the PCB saying it has to be sent to company for testing. The machine is lying idle since Jun. Please advise whom to contact.
