TERRIBLE SERVICE, A RIP-OFF!

The technician who was sent to the house was unable to fully diagnose the problem. We were informed that an estimate for repairs to be undertaken could only be done at the customer care company. The machine was taken, kept for a week and returned with the problems intact, an additional problem with the timer and a big fat bill.

The bill too just gave a lumpsum amount rather than a break up for the various parts that they claimed to have replaced demonstrating a complete lack of transparency in its billing.

On making a fresh complaint, we were somewhat relieved to know that they were willing to refund our money until we received Rs 1, 000 less. We paid Rs 3950 including inspection charges and were refunded Rs 2950 - How can Electrolux have such a service agency that is neither technically competent nor professional in its job and customer care.

We defnitely won't be going in for another Electrolux product thanks to Suhas refrigeration Bangalore India.
