We have registered a complaint with Sainath enterprises customer care service (Franchise-EKL Appliances Limited, H.No 15 No, Chinathokata, bowenpally, secunderabad-500009 Ph. No- 39404040) regarding our fully automatic Electrolux washing machine in the month of January. In response to it they have sent a technician on 28 of Jan. The technician has taken away the motor of the machine which is the primary requiste for the functioning of the machine. He has taken an advance of Rs.1000/- We have already informed the service center people regarding this issue to know that the person was abscanding from duty. They promised us to replace the motor, return the money as soon as possible. But we havent received any response from their side till now. The respective incharge Mr.ratan singh is not responding even if we try to contact. Hoping that the corresponding authorities will take necessary action and do justice as early as possible.
