Electrolux / Washing Machine
Service is very very poo

I put a complin no kol1401090033 dt.14/3 in the name of MANOJ KUMAR AGARWAL for washing machine (electrolux fabriguard) for the fault of watersupply nobs, wash selecter nob is broken and washing wheel is creatin some sound by loosing its scroo. Technicion visited on 16/3/09 but he took no action on that date by saying that the part is not available at present. He charged Rs.250 for visiting for saying service charge and told me to solve this problem in two to three days, after that no action is taken till now dt11/9/09.

I call S.L.Enterprise (howrah) sevral time but there is no responce.
