Electrolux washing machine
Poorest sevice centre

Electrolux has the poorest of all sevice. I saw my washing machine was leaking. So i called their service centre (01139404040) and the other day the technician came and found the fault that the pipe was cut and he told that it would be replaced by them but it would be charged which I agreed although the machine was under warramty period but I didn't had the bills.

Till now I reminded their service centre 5-6 times to send the technician and to my suprise they didn't had record of previous call record. I was given new complaint no and so 3 different technicians have visited but all in vain.

They are unable to bring my machine in working condition. This is very pathetic that they are not providing the after sales sevice.
