ELECTROLUX WASHING MACHINE- SPA
COMPLAINT MADE REGARDING THE REPAIR OF WASING MACHINE

Dear Concerned officers,

I had purchased an Electrolux washing machine model Spa in year 2003 or 2004 from one of your Noida dealer (Home appliances) which is closed as of today.

Washing macine was working fine till the month of June when it had stopped working. I logged a complaint at your call centre dated 06 June '08 complaint no. 5P0060806090011 for which the engineer visited my place from your service centre in Noida named United Engineers. He confirmed that Door lock lever is broken in the machine, which is not available with us and also with the company as of now and will be made available within a weeks time. I agreed to it waited for more a month. After a month when i call up your call centre I did't get any positive reply and same was the case with your service centre.

I was even adviced to sell the machine in scrap. now it's more than three months that i am suffereing and If this is the service that Electrolux is providing than I am sorry to say you are in a mess that a small door lever lock cannot be made available by you and you advice your customer to sell your product in scrap.

Again request you to kindly resolve my problem on urgent basis or that leaves me no option to file a case in consumer forum.
