POOR QUALITY OF SERVICE

HELLO,
I HAVE GIVEN A HYUNDAI HOME THEATRE SYSTEM FOR SERVICING TO ELECTRONIC CARE ON JULY 4 WITH A COMMITTMENT THAT IT WILL BE REPAIRED WITH IN 7 DAYS AND I WILL RECEIVE A PHONE CALL TO COLLECT IT. TILL DATE THEY HAVE NEITHER REPAIRED THE SYSTEM NOR ANY CALL HAS COME. WHEN I TRY TO CALL THEM AT THE NO GIVEN ON THE ACKNOWLEDGMENT SLIP THEY DO NOT EVEN PICK THE PHONE.
I AM HELPLESS IN THIS SITUATION AND EVEN SCARED OF LOOSING MY SYSTEM.
