Sub: Several Complaints - No action taken by Reliance Complaint Cell

Dear Sir,

I have one Reliance Mobile No. 09324083303. I am residing in Ambernath. On October 23 at about 5 P.M. Rs. 10.00 cut from my balance amount. After that (on October 23 - 10:30 p.m.) one message from "BAKWAS SERVICE" that your subscription to Bakwas Service has been renewed on 23/10 for Rs. 10/- for ten days to un subscribe sms-unscribe-1624 to 155223. Then I unscribe the same. Sir, this was happened several times and the same complaints gave this complaint cell and no actions take. This really Pick-pocketing the customers and Reliance Mobile staff support the services, no meaning of this complaint cell. This is 3rd complaint like this.

Please open your eyes and take proper action.
