Not available 100 Rs. note change

Sir,

I am regular passanger through Mumbai BEST Buses from Andheri Main West Bus Depo to Jeevan Nagar about 3-4 km. I am under medical treatment. on 30-03 I went to Andheri West bus depo, but I have no changes for the bus, I have only one 100 Rupee note. I went to BEST cash counter and ask them 100 rupee change, they refused and ask me to collect the change from any other bus conductors. I went several conductors, but not get me changes for 100 rupee note. I went to one of the officer of Andheri (W) and complainted but not get a positive reply. After that I walked through road and reached my office about 3-4 km. I previous years there was a counter for changes. Please advise them to open a counter for changes for passengers (patients, ladies, senior citizens and ohters). Please do the needful.
