as i am the user for smart gsm of reliance in jharkhand region.the customer service of their network are saying that my mobile sony ericission w810i is not combataible for the usage of thier gprs service providedby reliance smart gsm service. my no is 09608520992. so please take necessary action.my other no is 09470933821.
