Poor service

I purchased a yo bike from thrissur (kerala) one year before. The dealer said, if any problems occured the techicians would come that place and repair it. The vehicle has so many problems from that days. The techinicians would come to the field until april. The dealer stopped showroom at thrissur. the customers from thrissur are, now between heaven and hell. The service centre is continued but field service is stopped. The customers selected the vehilce for profit. The technicians asked the vehicle must bring the service centre if any problems occured. Their service is only available two days in a week. what will we do.
